A year after winning the Baltimore County title over Dulaney, Franklin struggled through last year’s 6-7 season, one that included a first-round loss to league rival Towson in the very difficult Class 3A-2A North Region.
The Indians are hoping to bounce back, however, this year under Scott Laudeman, having been a productive program since he first took over the varsity program in 1999.
The Indians, whose stadium was adorned with lights for the first time last season, will be led by senior midfielders David Borcik and Mike Higgins, as well as junior defender Sam Hans and senior goalie Tom Clements.
Borcik has been accpeted to Salisbury state, said Laudeman.
