Franklin fell behind early in the game and could not recover. The defence failed to complete routine plays resulting in giving Perry Hall extra out every inning. Spencer Logwood and Miguel Alejandro pitched valiantly but the lack of timely hitting and poor defence was the reason for the unfortunate result.
