MILFORD MILL UPENDS PATAPSCO

Junior guard Xavier Drake and
sophomore guard Anthony Goode each scored 11 points as Milford Mill
breezed past Patapsco, 72-53, in a Baltimore County 3A/4A boys’ basketball contest Friday evening. Senior forward Christopher Code had 10 points
for Millers (4-7, 2-1), who led 38-26 at halftime.

Micquante
Green scored a game-high 18 points to lead Patapsco (9-3, 1-2). The
Patriots will play at Dulaney Wednesday while Milford Mill is at
Catonsville.

Franklin 55, Dulaney 52, OT

Senior Jamal Jones had 16 points, and Durant Harvin added 11 as Franklin (5-8, 2-0) defeated Dulaney in overtime Friday evening in Reisterstown. Junior guard Jamie Cowherd scored 14 points to lead Dulaney (6-8, 1-2) and senior guard Alex Frederick had 10.

The Lions will host Patapsco Wednesday while Franklin travels to Perry Hall.

Woodlawn 79, Catonsville 41
Senior Tremaine Kennerly scored a game-high 20 points, and Darius
Nesmith added 14, leading Woodlawn High to a 79-41 victory over
Catonsville on
Woodlawn Drive Friday evening.

Senior
guard Keon Bennett chipped in 13 points for the Warriors (8-3 overall,
3-0 league) , who built a 39-16 halftime margin. Junior guard Jordan
Pinckney led Catonsville with 10 points. The Comets (1-10, 0-3) will
host Milford Mill Wednesday in league action.

Woodlawn will be
at Towson Wednesday, then host No. 16 Parkville Friday evening. The
Warriors have won eight of their last nine decisions.

Junior guard Dante Winder scored 11 points as Kenwood (5-6, 2-1) edged Towson. Senior center Mark Davis led all scorers with 21 for the Generals (5-7, 1-2), who will host league-leading Woodlawn Wednesday. Kenwood hosts No. 16 Parkville Wednesday.

Dundalk 59, Perry Hall 53
Travis Davis scored a game-high 18 points, and senior Kevin Watkins had 15, leading Dundalk to a 59-53 decision over Perry Hall. Jermon Baccus added 12 for the Owls (3-7, 1-2), who led 31-19 at halftime.

Senior Rich Mason had 16 points to lead Perry Hall (1-11, 0-3) and Wood chipped in 13. The Gators will host Franklin Wednesday while Dundalk travels to Hereford.

Parkville 55, Hereford 38

Sophomore forward/center Josh
Corbett scored 14 points as No. 16 Parkville High defeated Hereford,
55-38, Friday
evening. It was the fourth straight victory for the Knights (9-4, 2-0),
who led 23-9 at halftime.

Ben Wareheim led Hereford (8-5, 1-1)
with nine points. The Bulls will host Dundalk Wednesday in league play
while Parkville travels to Kenwood.
